To better address the issues of customers related applications, Raith has restructured its choice of lithography training.LTC addresses the theoretical background about electron beam lithography and Raith systems and software on main focus. In several sessions the participants absolve offline software training and practical exposure training at EBL systems. To make practical sessions most effective, they will be given in small groups with respect to the participants' systems and software versions.
