You will have a broad responsibility within a lean and efficient organization structure.

To strengthen the Engineering team that supports both Production and R&D departments in the field of system integration, system development and system qualification, we are looking for an all-round mechanical engineer as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Assessment of new as well as existing mechanical designs created by the R&D department or external suppliers on functionality, producibility and serviceability.
  • Support and education on mechanical issues for the EBPG at System Integration and Service Department
  • Work on ECR’s and obsolescence issues
  • The creation and recording of technical documentation for System Integration and Service Support
  • Support the construction and build of prototypes
  • Supports the quality process and the feedback to suppliers

Your qualifications

  • HBO education level in mechanical engineering.
  • Familiarity & experience with mechanical or mechatronic engineering
  • Problem solving analytical skills, structured and accurate way of working and being able to keep an overview, even under pressure.
  • Customer- and service-oriented, flexible with improvisational ability.
  • Good communication skills. Good command of English is necessary.
  • Affinity with systems engineering to potentially grow to Systems engineer
  • Experience and knowledge of CAD design packages
