Your Responsibilities

  • As Service Department Administrator, you will be working closely with Service Management, Field Service and Support Engineers, Finance and Logistics to assist with general Support Center operations, including: database maintenance, quoting, monitoring, reporting and optimization.
  • ERP Database administration for the Raith Service and Support Department:

    • Preparing Service quotations
    • Maintenance Agreement entry and reporting
    • Service Call and Service Order processing
    • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data verification
    • Creating and monitoring annual maintenance schedules for Customers
    • Generating reports for management
    • Creating/Improving/Modifying ERP templates, as needed

  • Support the planning and scheduling of our Service and Support Engineers
  • Tracking status of limited Maintenance Agreements
  • Assist VP Service and Finance with Service Profitability reporting
  • Provide regular updates to Supervisor


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business with an interest in technology and data handling
  • Experience with a (field) service department is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Office 365, Excel)
  • Experience with ERP Systems
  • Process Optimization – Ability to become an expert on our ERP system and help develop methods to improve efficiency and transparency of information

  • Experience with data analysis and presentation
  • Hands-on mentality with an eye for optimization and process      improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional team working and communication skills
