Manager (m/f) Service & Support China

Reporting functionally to the Vice President International Service and Support in Germany and locally to the General Manager China 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop of the local Service Team (actual 5 employees)
  • Manage all customer Service demands, activities and site surveys
  • Responsible for the Service market pricing and turnover
  • Ensure communication with and reporting to all Service stakeholders
  • Increase and monitor performance by Key Performance Indicators

Your qualifications:

  • Technical university degree
  • Several years of Service- and first managing experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • English business fluent spoken and written
  • High propensity to business travels
  • Ability to work self-conscientiously in close cooperation with the headquarter in Germany
