Training
Comprehensive user training is always included with every purchase of a nanolithography system. However, requirements and users may change over time, and this is when additional training becomes helpful. Raith offers a broad range of training options for EBL, FIB, and large area imaging. Sometimes it’s the little tips and tricks that help the most.
