Modular Service Contracts

We invite customers to book most kinds of services on request. However we recommend entering a more powerful partnership by taking out a service contract to provide access to additional beneficial services.

Service contracts can cover

  • labor
  • consumables
  • costs for travel and expenses
  • and much more.

All of these are available in packages covering different scopes. Additions like software update packages and maximum response times are optional and only available as part of a service contract. Unlimited access to highly skilled support engineers by phone and e-mail as well as unlimited use of remote service are always included, as is the annual maintenance visit.

Our preconfigured Base contract covers the minimum requirements for continuous use of your system. It includes unlimited online remote support as well as phone and e-mail support. An annual preventive maintenance visit is already included. Like all our customers with a service contract, Base contract holders are always treated as priority.
