By doing so, Raith supplies expert teams and related infrastructure and expands them as required to serve its clients in any country where the company´s products are installed and used.
To reflect many different demands, Raith offers you the opportunity to select from three different contract categories. Modules such as service visits, spare parts coverage, and guaranteed on-site response times can be aligned to your personal requirements. We are happy to assist you with choosing the right contract for your individual needs – just get in touch!
Our preconfigured Base contract covers the minimum requirements for continuous use of your system. It includes unlimited online remote support as well as phone and e-mail support. An annual preventive maintenance visit is already included. Like all our customers with a service contract, Base contract holders are always treated as priority.
The Premium contract was created for more demanding requirements. With additional services such as unlimited service visits and spare parts coverage as well as inclusion of consumables, it offers freedom from administrative hassle and ensures high uptime.
The Raith Flex service contract is an ideal solution for most customers and enables a wide variety of different modules to be individually adapted to your needs and budget. It always includes high priority treatment, unlimited remote, phone, and e-mail support, and an annual preventive maintenance visit. Guaranteed response times, spare parts coverage, service visits, consumables coverage, software coverage, and many more can be added.
